While our proven and frequently updated core curriculum may meet the demands of certain clients, our training advisors and developers have a depth of experience in the design and development of customized training solutions to meet the full spectrum of operational demands of our clients.
Our teaching cadre is made up of combat veterans, operationally active warfighters and officers who have experience utilizing the Redback One Training System and associated techniques to deliver complex training programs to our clientele. Our cadre impart current and real world experiences to students as part of Redback One's Systems Approach to Accelerated Learning (SAAL), providing students with up-to-date tactics, techniques and procedures to address sophisticated and constantly evolving threats. The Redback One Training System has five phases, which together constitute a complete and systematic approach to training. The phases are named for principal action that occurs in each phase.
1. ANALYSIS PHASE
Determine scope of needs and desired outcomes for best fit, based on location and operational requirements.
2. DESIGN PHASE
Develop customized curriculum that balances best practices and training needs.
3. DEVELOPMENT PHASE
Through a consultative approach with the client, test and refine training solution to meet operational demands.
4. IMPLEMENT PHASE
Implementation of full training curriculum with specialist instructors at client’s location.
5. VALIDATE PHASE
Review effectiveness of training curriculum.
