Registration CANCELLATION POLICy 

This policy applies to all Redback One training registrations. 

Course Cancellations by Redback One

Redback One, LLC may cancel a course due to low enrollment or other valid operational reasons. If this happens, we will notify registered participants and issue a refund for tuition paid.

Student Cancellations

Refund Eligibility

• More than 60 days before the course start date: Full refund.

• 60 days or fewer before the course start date: Tuition is non-refundable.

By the 60-day point, Redback One has committed resources to the course, so refunds are not available after this window.

Tuition Credit

If you cancel 60–30 days before the course start date, you may receive a one-time tuition credit.

• Credit must be used within 6 months.

• Credit must be applied to a course of equal value and within your skill level.

• We do not issue tuition credit for cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the course.

Substitutions

You may request a substitution if you cannot attend.

• Substitute must meet the required skill level.

• Your tuition will transfer to the substitute.

• Tuition remains non-refundable and not eligible for future credits.

• Tuition may only be transferred once.

No Show

A no-show is an absence without prior notice.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds, tuition credits, or transfers.

Dismissal & Drop On Request (DOR)

Instructors may dismiss a participant for reasons including safety issues, non-attendance, insufficient progress, or non-payment.

Dismissal or DOR results in tuition being non-refundable and non-transferable.

Eligibility Requirements

Some courses are restricted to active-duty military, law enforcement, or other qualified professionals. Participants must meet the eligibility requirements listed for the course and provide valid credentials upon request. If a participant enrolls without the required credentials or cannot verify eligibility, Redback One may remove the participant from the course. Tuition will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Attendance

There are no refunds or tuition credits for anyone who attends or completes a course. Leaving a course early does not qualify for a refund or transfer.

Force Majeure

In the event of severe weather, facility closure, or other circumstances beyond our control, Redback One will communicate revised plans or rescheduling options.
