Jason Falla, Founder of Redback One, LLC, is a decorated combat veteran of the Australian Defence Force. He served 12 years within Army Special Operations Command, including six years with Australia’s Tier‑1 Counter Terrorist and Special Mission Unit, the Special Air Service Regiment. Jason completed more than 22 months of classified operational deployments, conducting special operations missions globally, with combat service in East Timor, Afghanistan, and Iraq.
Throughout his military career, Jason was recognized as a subject matter expert in Special Forces Roping and Rappelling, Special Forces Climbing, Mountain and Cold Weather Operations, Vehicle‑Mounted Mobility, and Maritime Counter Terrorism. His operational experience spans a wide range of counter‑terrorist and special operations disciplines, including Close Quarters Battle, Hostage Rescue, Special Operations Medicine, Counter Terrorist Driving, Advanced Urban Operations, Low‑Visibility Operations, Land Warfare and Small Unit Tactics, Combat Shooting, Protective Security Detail, Explosive Breaching, and Special Reconnaissance and Surveillance.
Jason is also a highly trained military instructor and holds multiple instructor and armorer certifications, including NRA Pistol Instructor, HK Pistol Instructor, HK Submachine Gun Instructor, HK416 Armorer, HK MP7 Armorer, and Safariland Less Lethal Impact Munitions Instructor. He is additionally certified in Intermediate SWAT, Advanced Explosive Entry, Basic Explosive Handling, and Mission‑Specific Advanced High‑Speed Evasive Driving.

Co-Founder / Owner
Giselle Falla is the Managing Member of Redback One, LLC, a Virginia‑registered business certified by the SBA and VA SWaM as Small, Micro, Women‑Owned, and Minority‑Owned, with multiple federal and state certifications. In her role, she leads day‑to‑day operations, oversees training program development and delivery, and directs all marketing and organizational strategy for the company.
Before co‑founding Redback One in 2010, Giselle built a strong foundation in operational and training support within a major U.S. defense security contracting firm. She began as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Program Director for U.S. State Department programs, quickly advancing into roles with increasing responsibility. As Training Coordinator for Special Programs, she supported the execution of complex training initiatives, maintained compliance and readiness records, and coordinated large‑scale training efforts for globally deployed personnel. She also contributed to course management and provided logistical oversight for high‑tempo training operations.
Recognized for her ability to manage demanding operational environments, Giselle was promoted to Lead Scheduler for Special Programs. In this role, she coordinated deployments and rotations for independent contractors, including former military special operations and law enforcement tactical professionals. Her work required precision, discretion, and a deep understanding of global operational requirements.
Across these roles, Giselle developed extensive expertise in security operations, training support, and organizational coordination, experience she now applies to leading Redback One’s mission and growth.
