Founder

Jason Falla, Founder of Redback One, LLC, is a decorated combat veteran of the Australian Defence Force. He served 12 years within Army Special Operations Command, including six years with Australia’s Tier‑1 Counter Terrorist and Special Mission Unit, the Special Air Service Regiment. Jason completed more than 22 months of classified operational deployments, conducting special operations missions globally, with combat service in East Timor, Afghanistan, and Iraq.

Throughout his military career, Jason was recognized as a subject matter expert in Special Forces Roping and Rappelling, Special Forces Climbing, Mountain and Cold Weather Operations, Vehicle‑Mounted Mobility, and Maritime Counter Terrorism. His operational experience spans a wide range of counter‑terrorist and special operations disciplines, including Close Quarters Battle, Hostage Rescue, Special Operations Medicine, Counter Terrorist Driving, Advanced Urban Operations, Low‑Visibility Operations, Land Warfare and Small Unit Tactics, Combat Shooting, Protective Security Detail, Explosive Breaching, and Special Reconnaissance and Surveillance.

Jason is also a highly trained military instructor and holds multiple instructor and armorer certifications, including NRA Pistol Instructor, HK Pistol Instructor, HK Submachine Gun Instructor, HK416 Armorer, HK MP7 Armorer, and Safariland Less Lethal Impact Munitions Instructor. He is additionally certified in Intermediate SWAT, Advanced Explosive Entry, Basic Explosive Handling, and Mission‑Specific Advanced High‑Speed Evasive Driving.

Co-Founder / Owner

Giselle Falla is the Co-Founder and Managing Member of Redback One, LLC, a Virginia-based training company certified through SBA and Virginia SWaM as Small, Micro, Women-Owned, and Minority-Owned. Since founding the company in 2010, she has led daily business operations, training logistics, administrative systems, and organizational functions supporting both contracted and open-enrollment training programs for military, law enforcement, and civilian clients. Her responsibilities include overseeing operational execution, coordinating training delivery, managing business administration, and supporting overall company growth and strategy.

Before co-founding Redback One, she built her background in program and operational support within a U.S. defense contracting environment. She began as an Administrative Assistant supporting Department of State program leadership, assisting with scheduling, records management, and administrative coordination.

She later served within a separate defense contractor training program as a Training Coordinator, where she managed training execution logistics, maintained readiness and compliance records, and coordinated onboarding requirements for personnel entering structured training pipelines. This included overseeing training documentation, certification tracking, and logistical coordination supporting program participants.

She was subsequently promoted to Lead Scheduler within the same contractor environment, where she managed scheduling and rotational coordination for a large contractor workforce supporting overseas assignment cycles. In this role, she coordinated workforce movement, verified training and readiness requirements, and worked with internal leadership and client stakeholders to ensure accurate scheduling and alignment of operational requirements.

Across these roles, she developed experience in contractor workforce coordination, training logistics, compliance tracking, and business operations.
