Order Processing & Turnaround


All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST, excluding holidays).

Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated date listed on the product page. 


Pre-Orders


Some products may be available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:


• Payment will be collected at the time of order.

• Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page but are subject to change.

• Pre-order items will ship separately from in-stock items unless otherwise noted.

• Pre-orders are non-refundable if the item becomes unavailable, except as required by law.

• While pre-orders are generally non-refundable, if an item becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a store credit or alternative solution to ensure a fair outcome for our customers.


Shipping Carriers


We use the following carriers to deliver orders:

• UPS


Order Tracking


If a tracking number is provided, we will update your order and send you an email with the tracking information.

Please note that some orders shipped via USPS First Class may not include tracking.


Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated based on the quantity of items purchased and the delivery location.

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete checkout, giving you the option to adjust your order or cancel if you choose.


Backorders

If part of your order is on backorder, we will ship the in-stock items first.

The remaining items will ship when available at no additional shipping cost.
