Redback One Return & Refund Policy


Merchandise Eligibility


• Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase if it is in original, unused, and resalable condition.


• Merchandise returned after 30 days, or that is opened, used, installed, worn, altered, or damaged, is non-refundable.


Return Exceptions


• We do not accept returns on unpackaged or installed sights, or any merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged, or altered.


Processing Fee & Shipping


• All approved returns are subject to a $5 processing fee.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

• Clothing items in new and unused condition may be exchanged for a different size or color.

• No processing fee applies for exchanges, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. 

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Redback One to request a return and receive a return tracking number.

2. Include the reason for your return with the item and the original receipt.

3. Return your item in its original unused condition unless it has a manufacturer defect.

Refunds

• Returned items are inspected upon receipt.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued minus the $5 processing fee and original shipping charges.

• If a refund is denied after inspection, a Redback One representative will contact you with the reason.
