CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE 60 days or less prior to the first day of your scheduled course start date.
Redback One, LLC reserves the right to cancel courses due to an insufficient number of registrations or for other good cause. Students will be notified of these cancellations prior to the scheduled course start date and tuition will be refunded or transferred to another course of equal value and within the student's skill level as elected by the registrant.
We are very confident that you will be satisfied with our company, the course you enroll in, and the customer service your receive. However, we do understand that you may have the need to change your plans.
If you find it necessary to cancel your registration, please contact the Redback One registration office immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or 757-819-6878. We are happy to help you.
Full refunds will be given to any student/ company canceling more than 60 days prior to the course start date.
Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE for cancellation's made 60 days or less prior to the first day of the scheduled course start date. A tuition credit will be given to a student or company if cancellation notification is given at least 60 days prior to the course start date.
Student and/or companies will incur all charges with NO REFUND if student/ company does not request the cancellation at least 60 days prior to the scheduled course start date.
Students and/or companies can be issued a tuition credit to take any other course of equal value and within the student's skill level within 6 months of the original course date. After 6 months, the tuition credit will expire and will no longer be available, NO EXCEPTIONS.
For students needing to cancel, substitutions for one course participant for another will be approved upon request. Please contact us at email@example.com to request the change.
Substitutes are required to have the necessary skills outlined in the course description to attend the course that the original participant enrolled in.
Tuition from the course that the original student enrolled in will be transferred to the substitute participant and is NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT eligible for a tuition credit.
Tuition can NOT be transferred more than once.
A no show is an absence from the course without notifying Redback One, LLC. Refunds, tuition credits and/ or transfers will not be allowed for anyone registered for a course who does not show or attend.
Dismissal & Drop On Request (DOR)
Any participant may be dismissed from the course at the discretion of the instructor(s) for the following reasons to include but not limited to non-payment of tuition, insufficient progress, safety violations and/or non-attendance. If a student is dismissed from a course or a drop on request (DOR), tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
If you leave a course early, tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Merchandise returned after 30 days from the date of purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Merchandise returned within 30 days from the date of purchase in resalable condition (unopened/ unused) is refundable minus shipping and handling as well as a 10% re-stocking fee.
Merchandise returned not in resalable condition as determined by Redback One (opened/ used, installed, notable signs of wear and tear, damaged, etc.) is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Some items CAN NOT be returned if they are opened. These include unpackaged or installed sights and any merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking/ Processing Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking or processing fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also DO NOT refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your clothing item is in new/ unused condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Once your item is inspected and if a refund is approved, your credit card will be refunded in 3-7 business days. If your item is inspected and denied a refund, a representative from Redback One, LLC will contact you with the reason.
