Registration CANCELLATION POLICy 

Our company is confident in our customer service and the training we provide.

Redback One, LLC reserves the right to cancel courses because of an insufficient number of registrations or for other good cause. We will notify students/ company of these cancellations prior to the course start date and issue a refund. 

We understand you may need to change your plans. If you find it necessary to cancel your registration, please contact the Redback One registration office immediately at info@redbackone.com or 757-761-6878.

We give full refunds to a student or company canceling over 60 days prior to the course start date. 

Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE if the student or company does not request the cancellation at least 60 days prior to the course start date. By this time, Redback One has commited to the training course financially, administratively, and logistically, therefore, we cannot issue a refund.

Tuition Credit

We issue a tuition credit to a student or company that cancels 60-30 days prior to the course start date.  

Student or company will receive a tuition credit to take another Redback One course of equal value and within the student’s skill level within 6 months of the original course start date. We will transfer tuition one time only. After 6 months, the tuition credit will expire and will no longer be available. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We DO NOT issue tuition credit for cancellations made 30 days or fewer from the course start date. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, however, Redback One has committed financially, administratively, and logistically to the training course.

Substitutions

For students needing to cancel, we will approve substitutions for one course participant for another upon request. Please contact us at info@redbackone.com to request the change. 

Substitutes are required to have the skills outlined in the course description to attend the course that the original participant enrolled in.

We will transfer the tuition from the course that the original student enrolled in to the substitute participant. The tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT eligible for a tuition credit.

We can NOT transfer tuition more than once.

No Show

A no show is an absence from the course without notifying Redback One, LLC. We don’t give refunds, tuition credits or allow transfers to anyone registered for a course who does not show or attend. 

Dismissal & Drop On Request (DOR)

It’s at the discretion of our instructor (s) to dismiss a student for the following reasons to include but not limited to, non-payment of tuition, insufficient progress, safety violations or non-attendance. If we dismiss a student from a course or if a student is a drop on request (DOR), tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Attendance

We have a No Refund Policy for anyone that attends or completes our training. By attending our training, you agree to our terms and you are NOT eligible for a refund or a tuition credit. 

If you leave our training course early, tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
