CANCELLATION NOTICE
Our scheduled training is very important to our team at Redback One. We hold your enrollment spot just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule; please provide us with at least 60 days’ notice. This way, we can adjust our schedule accordingly if needed based on insufficient student enrollment and to accommodate other students enrolled or on our waiting list.
We understand unexpected circumstances may arise. However, Redback One commits financially, administratively, and logistically to the training course. We will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.
Anyone that registers for our training course must adhere to our Cancellation Policy. Please review it carefully. You can find our policy within the footer of our website or simply click on Cancellation Policy.
By enrolling in training with us, you agree to our Cancellation, No Show policy. This notice also applies to representatives registering others.
