COURSE DESCRIPTION 

 

This dynamic 2-day/ 16-hour training program has been developed to teach trainee’s the key elements of competency to conduct room combat tactics as two and four-man elements. This program will include education on the application of CQB room combat tactics, safety polices, priority of threat, why strong-wall tactics and points of penetration are preferred to others commonly used tactics, types of doors and operation, corner and centre fed room, areas of responsibility and the employment of cross pan techniques. 


During the practical lessons and exercises, trainee’s will be taught correct positioning to conduct door and entry procedures as well as both verbal and non-verbal forms of communication. Trainee’s will be taught movement procedures to safely and efficiently clear rooms and will be introduced to our proprietary Primary-10™ Room Combat Scenarios that form the fundamental framework of our room combat tactics.During this course trainees will be tested and assessed on their ability to employ the room combat tactics learnt during opposed, force on force, reality-based training scenarios utilizing role players and non-lethal training ammunition.
